We recognize that all elementary school teachers, along with literacy coaches, wear a myriad of hats during the school year. As educators we are always looking for new ideas that will further promote student achievement that correspond with today’s contemporary classrooms and diverse student needs. It is this fresh approach to our current classroom challenges that command the need for the professional development opportunities we offer.

Our participants have told us that our training style is very entertaining and that our enthusiasm for teaching is infectious! They particularly enjoy our personal classroom stories because they are able to relate and make connections with us and the students we are teaching. It is this authenticity that encompasses who we are and sets us apart from other consultants in this field. It is our goal to rejuvenate our participants while equipping them with new strategies that will ultimately empower their teaching, and more importantly, their students’ learning!

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.
